The Infinity initial public offering (IPO) opened on 5th November 2021 and the offer closed on 19 November 2021.

 

Under an agreement with Zanil Pty Ltd, Infinity retains the rights to acquire additional assets in the Central Goldfields upon successful completion of an ASX listing.

Infinity intends to commence a programme of work focused on near term gold targets in the Central Goldfields ready for rapid development. Cashflow from this work will fund longer term gold targets identified by Macarthur’s previous exploration at the Hillside Gold and Copper Project near Marble Bar in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
